SAP HR Payroll Analyst Requirements:

1. BS degree

4. 1 to 3 years of project management, team lead experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

The ideal candidate must have experience with BW ; Experience with ASAP methodology and/or principles of PMBOKSAP Project Systems or PMP certification is a plus. The ability to work an on-call schedule is required. This position will support the Human Resources and Payroll modules within SAP. Lead projects to implement new and enhance existing functionality including articulating requirements and translating them into effective solutions * Analyze business processes and recommend SAP HR/PY best practices. The candidate should possess advanced system configuration skills and understanding of system configuration activities and be able to confidently demonstrate these skills. The candidate will frequently employ innovative ideas and creativity translating them into refinement of business processes that are cross-functional in nature.

As the Sr. Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the development of new configurations and/or modifications to existing schemas for the SAP HR Time Management module inside the production SAP 4.7 system. Additional responsibilities will include Human Resources (HR) and Organizational Management (OM) configurations. You will also grow with the corporation as they move from their current R/3 environment to a new ECC 5.0 Global implementation.

Must have experience with SAP HR / OM & Time Management modules. Must also be able to clearly, concisely and thoroughly communicate and document with CIS, HR & Payroll. Experience with additional SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, Logistics) as well as integration experience is a plus.
